Since the 1970s, Mars exploration missions have achieved many important results. Missions such as the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, Mars Rovers, and Mars Landers have provided us with a wealth of data on Mars’ geology, climate, and possible signs of life.

In November, the 7th Mianyang Youth Robot Competition opened at the Innovation Base of Mianyang Science and Technology City New District. 128 schools, 890 teams, and more than 1,100 teenagers who love science and innovation in the city participated in the opening ceremony to enjoy the glory and wonderful moments brought by the robot competition.

OSSUMMIT EU 2023, one of the world's top open-source events organized by the Linux Foundation, was officially opened on 19 September 2023 in Bilbao, Spain. As one of the world's top open-source events organized by the Linux Foundation, the summit, under the theme of "Innovation Happens Here", brings together global open-source developers, vendors, technologists, users, universities, and research institutes to discuss open-source innovation and the future. As a partner of the OpenAtom OpenHarmony ecosystem, ELECFREAKS brought its open-source big brother, XGO Robot Dog, to the event.

Since its establishment, the ELECFREAKS R&D team has been committed to launching maker education products that are easy to teach, learn, and use. In 2019, we found the Cutebot smart car kit. It has won the love of thousands of students and teachers with its compact size, rich peripheral interfaces, and beautiful appearance, and has allowed more students to get into the hardware programming world.

The City of the Future event is a competition designed by the ELECFREAKS Events team in conjunction with BrainCo in 2022, which has now been added to the World Robotics Competition, China's educational whitelisted competition, for the second year in a row.
