ELECFREAKS Octopus Button Switch Brick

DESCRIPTION

Octopus Electronic Bricks, you can use them to build electronics projects just as easy as piling bricks. By using Octopus electronic bricks, you may connect Arduino/Freaduino compatible boards easily with various digital, analog, and I2C/Uart interfaces. These breadboard-less firm connections are prepared to extensive modules like potentiometers, sensors, relays, servos even buttons, just plug and play.

This is a Button Switch with Circle Transparent Cap, which detects your press action. It is ideal for beginner class to test the Arduino or be your first sensor in your project. It was easy to be used for Chip kit, STM32, AVR, ARM, and other mirc-MCU.

The Freaduino Sensor Shield is the perfect shield to connect this sensor to Arduino. Or Freaduino UNO which we had a pre-stray Octopus Brick interface.

You can add the label under the Circle Transparent Cap.

Connection note: Connect this module to the P1 port on OCTOPUS:BIT, and insert the micro:bit into the OCTOPUS:BIT.

RESULT

When pressing the switch, a "square" pattern can be seen on the 5x5 led screen, or a "icon" pattern shows on the screen without being pressed.
