Indiegogo Campaign

It has now been a month and 2 days since we launched the ELF VRdrone Indiegogo, a campaign aimed at presenting a miniature smartphone controlled aerial photographer. Transport you in true 3D. Fully open source as an aerial development platform. The ELF project has raised $77,113 by 1,777 people at the time writing, with another 28 days to go. We want to pass on some updates, though they've been provided on Indiegogo page, under the "Updates" tab, having been busy with a lot of stuff recently. Let's make a summary here. First comes a live video showing how ELF VRdrone performs. https://youtu.be/r8_DVn28pzI Next, we have released two blog posts outlining 3D printing design tips for FDM printers, the first one is here and here is the second. The tutorials actually should be drop-dead helpful for 3D print software designers expecially when you have interest in part-taking in the ElecFreaks-Youmagine co-hosted contest to become the winner of the small drone (will be mentioned in 3D Print Contest section later). To show the apprecitation to our backers, we open the opportunity to win the rewards. Check out here to see the reward program details.

Global Source Fair

ELF has been invited to showcase in this season's Global Source Fair, booth 1F18 AsiaWorld-Expo, a bunch of buyers showed interest. Go say hi if you happen to hang out there. And don't forget to back us on Indiegogo or help spread out the word by sharing the campaign to your social media. global source
