The New Graphical Program Platform-ecode

Through the "graphical programming" micro:bit spiral, we used it to implement a simple spiral animation and left a question at the end, which is the figure below. You may find that this figure is hard to be achieved by micro:bit. How about ecode?

What is ecode?

ecode is a platform for children's programming education(www.ecode.cn). It is a one-stop AI education software solution that integrates programming tools and courses, aims to improve the information literacy of primary and secondary schools, and applies AI technology to fully cover the four-teaching links of "teaching, learning, evaluation, and testing". Have you noticed the cute tiger on the screen? It works a lot---such as making interactive animations (make the roles play various actions), creating music and your own spirit with the drawing tools. It is also compatible with micro:bit, is it cool?

1.Introduction

Main interface:

①Drawer: Logo, menu, items and reactions blocks…

②Editor switch: Click the program, model or the sound block to enter to their equivalent editor.

③Program control button: Start or stop the program to run.

④Layout control button: Click to change the layout of the interface.

⑤Side column of program: All blocks are here.

⑥Program area: Start the program here.

⑦Stage: Includes the role and the background, capable of control via blocks.

⑧Managing area: Define the role and the stage.

2.Program the stage

1). Choose background

Select a background from the managing area, choose “Forest”.

2).1. Select a role in the managing area, choose “Radio”.

2).2. Drag the “tiger” and radio to below places.
